The receipts

Every line on the note, with where it comes from.

DOGE dividend, $5,000
Trump backed the idea on Feb. 19, 2025 (Fox 6). Checks were pitched for after DOGE wrapped up in July 2026 (Nasdaq). They haven't come (The Week).
Tariff rebate, $2,000
In November 2025 he said checks would arrive around the middle of 2026, maybe a bit later (KOLD).
ACA refund, $500
Announced Sept. 10, 2026 for nearly 1 million people in 30 federal-exchange states, with checks starting in October (News4Jax; Newsweek). Most people aren't on that list.
Midterm check, $5,000
Said at the Republican midterm convention in Dallas on Sept. 9, 2026, on the condition that Republicans win. No payment date was given (Euronews).
How the interest works
A joke formula: 1.5% a month, simple, on the DOGE and tariff lines, counted from July 1, 2026. That date is our reading of "mid-2026." The ACA and midterm lines earn nothing.
